Challenge
The homeowner had three ageing timber VELUX windows that had become difficult to operate and were showing signs of wear. The frames had deteriorated over the years and the windows were no longer providing a proper seal, leading to draughts and heat loss in the rooms below.
Solution
Gary removed all three existing timber units and replaced them with new maintenance-free top-hung VELUX windows.
