Challenge
The homeowners wanted to replace a small, outdated kitchen with a large open-plan space suitable for entertaining and family life. The existing rear wall was load-bearing, and the property had limited natural light at the back of the house.
Solution
We constructed a single-storey rear extension and installed structural steel to safely remove the existing wall. Large bi-fold doors and rooflights were added to maximise natural light. The project included full kitchen installation, new flooring, lighting, and finishing. The result was a bright, modern kitchen-diner that completely transformed how the family uses their home.

Challenge
The existing bathroom was dated, poorly ventilated, and suffering from water damage around the bath and flooring. The layout also made the space feel cramped and impractical.
Solution
We stripped the room back to its structure, installed new waterproofing, and reconfigured the layout to improve space and usability. The renovation included a walk-in shower, modern vanity unit, updated plumbing, tiling, and improved ventilation. The finished bathroom is now clean, modern, and built to last.

Challenge
The kitchen layout restricted storage and workspace. Appliances were poorly positioned, and the overall finish felt tired and outdated.
Solution
We redesigned the layout to improve flow and storage, relocated plumbing and electrics, and installed new cabinetry, worktops, and integrated appliances. The project was completed with tiling, lighting, and flooring to create a cohesive, modern finish that better suits the client’s lifestyle.
